LABOR'S candidate for the federal seat of Perth mouthed the word "bull****" to claims by WA Transport Minister Troy Buswell about a major urban rail project. The former Planning and Infrastructure Minister, Alannah MacTiernan, mouthed the word when Mr Buswell said the previous WA Labor government had done nothing to build the tunnel section of the CityLink rail line - a plan mooted in Perth for decades.
